For Own Fault Claims:

All we need is the claim reference and insurer name and we will then deal directly with the insurer

Once authorisation is received from the insurer, we will repair your vehicle at your convenience. We normally have your vehicle for a much shorter period than an insurers bodyshop

We provide a courtesy car for the duration of the repair

We contribute up to £250 towards your excess payment
For Non-Fault Claims:

We can manage the claim for you with Innocent Driver who recover all costs from the guilty driver’s insurer

All we need is the guilty driver’s vehicle registration

You don’t lose your No Claims Discount

You will receive a replacement vehicle whilst your vehicle is being repaired

No excess to pay
Remember you can choose to use a repairer of your choice at all times whether an own fault or non fault claim. We advise you to check your excess payment with your insurer.
